You will never be left wondering when your windows will be cleaned again. You are guaranteed a "Regular and Reliable" window cleaning service. Your windows will be cleaned only when your clean is due, during the daylight hours of 9am to 6pm - Monday to Friday.

You are provided with your next cleans 'week beginning' due date, on a separate appointment card so you can keep hold of it to remind you. Should the service be running late by over a week, you will then be notified by telephone or letter and you can keep up to date with our Service Status update via the website. Therefore, you are kept informed and not left wondering when your windows will be cleaned again or having to chase us for clarification, or thinking that we've stopped coming.

For all Regular & Reliable service customers Galloway's provide a FREE text message service. The evening before you are due your window clean, you will be sent a complimentary automated text message to your mobile phone for the following day (providing you give us your mobile number that is). Therefore you have advanced warning of your window clean, and also it gives you notice to ensure access areas are left unlocked or you can advise where you have put the key.

Your uPVC Window Frames and Sills are cleaned every visit as well as your Glazing. This also includes removal of all that hideous and annoying green algae build up, dirt, dust and general contamination and those unsightly spider webs, nests and dead flies in the corners of your windows. Your lower sills will be wiped of excess water and your entrance door is dusted down and wiped clean too (providing it is in good condition with no flaking varnish or paint).

You're also provided with a FREE 48 Hour Satisfaction Clean Guarantee and a FREE 48 Hour Rain Guarantee and a FREE 48 Hour Bird Strike Guarantee too*.

Therefore in order to keep a Regular & Reliable service regular and reliable, we sometimes have to work in drizzle and light rain, and this is part of the agreement we make with you.

Cleaning your windows in light rain will not affect the quality of the job if it is done properly, and should you feel it has, then you can call upon your FREE 48 Hour Rain Guarantee.

Of course we will not be working in heavy rain, beside from getting very wet and cold, we like to work safely. Working in heavy rain is far from ideal conditions to be working safely in!

With Galloway's we offer you 3 types of guarantee FREE of charge.

1) 48 Satisfaction Clean Guarantee. Should you feel the quality of the clean you have received is not to your satisfaction, inform us within 48 Hours of your original clean date, we will call back to re clean the affected window(s).

2) 48 Hours Satisfaction Rain Guarantee. If your windows have been cleaned during the rain, or it rains after we have cleaned your windows and you feel the rain has dirtied your windows, inform us within 48 Hours of your original clean date, we will call back to re clean the affected window(s).

3) 48 Hour Satisfaction Bird Strike Removal Guarantee. If your windows are dirtied by birds, inform us within 48 Hours of your original clean date, we will call back to re clean the affected window(s).

When we arrive outside your home, we shall first knock on your door to make sure it is convenient to go ahead with the work (rather than just getting on with it without any notification). Once we are finished, we shall knock again to inform you, and you will be asked if you wish to pay now or pay later for your service.

Should you be out when we arrive to clean your windows or decide to pay later, you will be left with an invoice for you to pay within 14 days. You will never be pestered for payment by us knocking in the evening or at the weekends when you just want to relax.

When it comes to payment, you will be asked to send a cheque payment via the post, transfer funds via your bank account to ours, set up a direct debit payment (save 20% off your regular clean price) or use Credit / Debit card online payment services via our website.
