  • By Cash

     Cash payments are only accepted at the time of service completion. Unfortunately we are unable to return to collect payment after service completion. Therefore please use one of the following payment methods to pay.


  • By Cheque

     (Cheque payments are only accepted from customers on a Pre-Scheduled Window Cleaning Service).

    Cheque payments can be made at the time of service completion or within 14 days of your service.

    Cheques should be made to Galloway's Window Cleaning Services and have your Invoice Number / Paying Reference written on the back, or accompanied with a remittance advice.

    Please forward all correspondence to Galloway's Window Cleaning Services, PO Box 585, Swansea, SA1 9FZ.

    Please ensure you have adequate funds in your bank account to cover the cost of the cheque. Any returned cheques will incure a minimum admin charge of £10.00  This charge is to cover the additional charges imposed by our bank and subsequent additional administration work required to request completion of payment by you.

    Please ensure you write your Invoice Number / Paying Reference on the back of the cheque, or accompanied with a remittance advice. Without your Invoice Number / Paying Reference we are unable to credit your account with the payment. Which may lead to late payment fees being incurred.


  • By BACs Transfer, Internet or Phone Banking

     (BACs Transfer, Internet or Phone Banking payments are only accepted from customers on a Pre-Scheduled Window Cleaning Service).

    BACs Transfer, Internet or Phone Banking payments can be made at the time of service completion or within 14 days of your service.

    Please remember quote your Invoice Number / Paying Reference to your bank clerk and use the following to pay:

  • By Credit or Debit Card (via GPRS Mobile Terminal)

    Credit or Debit Card (via GPRS Mobile Terminal) payments can ONLY be made at the time of service completion.

    Please ensure you provide your Invoice Number / Paying Reference with the payment as a paying reference. Without your Invoice Number / Paying Reference we are unable to credit your account with the payment. Which may lead to late payment fees being incurred.

    Customers may incure a surcharge for use of this facility, please ask your technician for details.




Oops, I've made a payment but forgot to give my Invoice Number / Paying Reference!
What do I do now?


If you have made a payment but forgotton to give your Invoice Number / Paying Reference, either telephone or email us and let us know:

What date you made the payment

What specific payment method you used, such as cheque number, sort code and account number of issuing bank for cheque payments

We can then check to see if payment has been made and received, and then accredit your account with the payment.
