The Background Behind Galloway's
Chris Galloway (aged 31) born and raised in Wickford, Essex has spent a good part of his life in Swansea. He first entered the service world of window cleaning helping his Uncle and Cousins in North London.
Chris had honed his window cleaning skills alongside his Uncle serving fine and luxury homes in Hampstead, Totteridge and surrounding areas. He decided to move to Swansea to live with long term partner Alison whom he met whilst at University in 2002. So in 2007 he started his own company and Galloway's Window Cleaning Services was born.
When Galloway's opened its doors for business, there was an important choice to make:
Will clients want the absolute cheapest window cleaning service money can buy, at the expense of quality and professionalism? Or will a proud homeowner like you - who take pride in their home - prefer to receive excellent workmanship and service from their window cleaner, for the best possible price?
Of course it was a simple decision. Having already served and had experience of this high end market the later was chosen, and have maintained that focus ever since.
Galloway's has continued to grow and mature while staying true to its core of integrity, client satisfaction and excellence in service.
Identifying the necessity for Health & Safety in the work place and providing the safest working practises for every legally obligated client Chris has completed a number of training courses and has gained SAFEcontractor Approval along the way and is currently working his way towards NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.

After working with my Uncle's window cleaning company in North London and moving to Swansea, people asked me what I did before moving to the area. I noticed how many people had a story of a less than pleasant experience with other service companies or trades they had used."to earn my customers confidence, trust and respect"
When I started my own window cleaning business, I was determined to make sure I stood out in my customers eyes as dependable, reliable, doing what I say, to demonstrate strength of character and to earn my customers confidence, trust and respect.
I wanted to be the man behind the company that stood out as the one they didn't have any hassles with, and should something not be to their liking I will always insist it was to be done again to ensure their satisfaction.

Unfortunately in this industry you can get many 'dodgy' operators who do not care about you or your property. They have less that ideal backgrounds to be working in your home and may treat you disrespectfully. They may not carry insurance or have adequate insurance cover for the work they do. They and their 'employees' may have no safety training or they may not be insured or trained to operate the equipment they use which is a requirement by employment and health and safety law be it on a Residential or Commercial premises - so, in turn you will be responsible for should an accident ever occur on your property.

Present customers have complimented my work ethics and are pleased to welcome me into their home for a personalised service, and not be left to their own devices with some unknown company employee or staff member, with no background information.
